Calls my job everyday harnessing me and disturbing my place of business with treats of coming to my job and locking me up if I don't call them and pay them the money that is owed but can't give extract information about their company and about the case that suppose to be open

This person said he was Harry Fox, although another message said Tom Fox. When prompted further, said he was from Rogers Law Firm, Merriman, IL. Told me that if I didn't speak to him all he could do is wish me luck as all of this trouble unfolded. These people have called me intermittently in the last year, claiming to be from the Law and Investigations Department in Washington D.C., and another time claiming to be from another law firm in Florida. Each time, they have a new number, but is the same standard spiel and the same broken accent and men calling. I have had my local police department call them to stop the harassing calls at work, seems to be the only thing that works. Also put alerts on my credit reports. I don't owe anything to any payday loan companies and they will not provide me with proof of these debts. My credit report also does not support any of these allegations. This is a complete scam, please beware.

This is a call about a LARGE check loan. In my case I was really oblivious due to a situation that was difficult for me. I had my check book stolen after the loan had been half paid off. I had to close the account and really with all of the other issues of filing identity theft and criminal charges against the thief I forgot to re-initiate the loan payments. Fortunately the representative there was able to speak with the loan company to arrange a payment that wasn't impossible for my budget and I was completely free of the issue within a month. They are willing to work with you.

Same thing here. They call and threaten to take me to court, or jail at 11:00 o'clock every time they call. They say I owe them money but wont send me a bill or contract stating who or how much I owe. They just ask for my account information. It's sad that people have nothing better to do than harass hard working people. Get a job and get your own money!!!!!!

Weird call Cut off my internet for a whole day

Do not need calls from unidentified source. I can't afford the waisted time on my phone! No message left, and when number called back, no identification as to the (presumably) companies name etc.

called and left a message with heavy breathing saying that they would get my child.

No one on the other end. I was just listen for 1.5 min then I hang up.

Caller calls 4-5 times a day, doesn't leave a message. When I call back, I get a call error recording
